Agile development processes, methods and practices are intensively discussed within the automotive community and is a hot topic for most development organizations even in the automotive industry. There are also exhaustive discussion if it is possible to fulfill Automotive SPICE® requirements and apply Agile practices. Since this is like comparing apples and oranges the pocket guide was created: To evaluate how agile practices can support to achieve Automotive SPICE® requirements. The information in this pocket guide is based on experience during implementation of agile practices, customer feedback, and also information gathered during Automotive SPICE® assessments.The pocket guide starts with a short overview “State of Agile Practices”, based on a survey that was conducted in 2015. After that a detailed evaluation of selected Automotive SPICE® processes is followed by a real life case study of real implementation of agile and ASPICE compliant aspects. An appendix explains briefly the methods/practices and terms that are used within the pocket guide. The pocket guide reflects our current state of knowledge and will be updated regularly. Aspects of ASPICE CL2 and CL3 as well as the systems engineering processes will be added.

Sie erfahren, in welchem Umfang agile Vorgehensweisen jeweils die Anforderungen von Automotive SPICE erfüllen. Sollten in einem Prozess agile Methoden oder Praktiken allein nicht ausreichend sind, finden Sie die nötigen Ergänzungen für eine SPICE-konforme Vorgehensweise.
