An introduction to the tri-dimensional multiple multicopy programme (MMP), which is based upon the generalized multiple technique. The MMP models generated can be converted into data on a regular three-dimensional grid to be used for other codes with less efficient graphic input tools.
This tri-dimensional multiple multicopy programme (3D MMP), is based on the generalized multiple technique (GMT), and is the most elaborated code based on this technique. The MMP code includes a large number of analytic solutions of Maxwell equations and because it is implemented in a flexible way, future developments and adaptations can be easily made. The 3D MMP includes excellent graphic input and output interfaces for PCs under DOS to both GEM and Windows/3. It is written in standard Fortran 77, and can run on simple PC workstations, mainframes and supercomputers. The package is available either singly or as a set of three. The multi set includes site licences.
