Arun Kumar Chakraborthy is a Librarian at the Bose Institute, Kolkata, India. Shyamal Roy Choudhury is based at Kalyani University and Presidency University, and is the Jadavpur University Director. He is also part of the library science training division at the Bengal Library Association. Shri Ranjan Maji is based at the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), Government of India and is a Senior Research Fellow in Computer Science and Engineering, at the Bose Institute, Kolkata, India.
