MathType 5.0 is the professional version of the Equation Editor included in Microsoft Office. The new release includes a new MathPageT technology for converting Microsoft Office documents to Web pages that display and print high-quality mathematical notation. MathType 5.0 is now able to export of all equations from a Word document as individual EPS, GIF or WMF files, simplifying the workflow with page layout programs, such as Quark XPress, InDesign, and HTML-authoring tools. Other new features include MathML 2.0 translator, Microsoft Office XP (Word 2002) and Windows XP support, unlimited undo, add/delete matrix rows and columns, mouse-wheel support and many other features requested by users.
