MAGINNIS is Vice President of Telecommunications Practice at Concept Five Technologies, where he led the team that developed Concept Five's Secure Application Integration Methodology (SAIM). WILLIAM J. BROWN works for Saga Software Inc. in Reston, Virginia, as Director of Research andDevelopment for the Sagavista enterprise integration broker.
