WILLIAM A. RUH is Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Concept Five Technologies, a leading EAI and object-oriented consulting company based in McLean, Virginia. The author of two books, Ruh also chairs the group responsible for creating EAI-related standards at the Object Management Group (OMG).FRANCIS X. MAGINNIS is Vice President of Telecommunications Practice at Concept Five Technologies, where he led the team that developed Concept Five's Secure Application Integration Methodology (SAIM). WILLIAM J. BROWN works for Saga Software Inc. in Reston, Virginia, as Director of Research andDevelopment for the Sagavista enterprise integration broker.
