'Mark Bunting's message is both simple and wise: it takes work and perseverance to build the life you want. It's not about getting rich quick, its about tapping into the resources that computers make available for business, personal relationships, and achieving dreams. The result is highly inspirational, and the practical advice is excellent' CYBERCULTURE
Mark Bunting, presenter of his own televison shows on computers in America, combines plain-language explanations and infectious enthusiasm to transform the way people think about their home computers. After all, the Personal Computer is not merely an expensive machine bought for typing letters; it can become the most extraordinary tool because it enables the user to build, fix, or create whatever they will. In VIRTUAL POWER, entrepeneurs will learn how to write business plans, keep abreast of financial news, and chat with colleagues and customers. Students can access accurate, up-to-date information on any subject; hobbyists can hook up with others who share their interests; and people eager to expand their circle of friends can tap into a world of new possiblities. Bunting's user-friendly, accessible guide to maximising potential of computers is sure to become a backlist staple for many seasons to come.

Mark Bunting is the host of The Computer Man on The Learning Channel and of Mark's Wired World, a syndicated program for teens. He lives in Dallas, Texas. Mark Seal joined Vanity Fair as a contributing editor in 2003, covering stories as varied as the Bernie Madoff scandal, Ghislaine Maxwell, Tiger Woods, the fall of Olympian Oscar Pistorius, the making of classic films such as Pulp Fiction, and many more. His 2016 Vanity Fair article “The Over the Hill Gang,” about a gang of retired thieves who pulled off the biggest jewel heist in British history, was the basis of the 2018 film, King of Thieves, starring Michael Caine. In addition to Leave the Gun, Take the Cannoli, he is the author of the books Wildflower and The Man in the Rockefeller Suit. His website is Mark-Seal.com.
