Eleanor Steafel is a food writer and journalist. She was a feature writer at the Daily Telegraph for over a decade and is now Lifestyle Director for House and Garden. Her first book, The Art of Friday Night Dinner, was shortlisted for the Fortnum and Mason Award for debut cookbook.
