Seagull Calls is the story of a young person who grew up in a tavern by the sea. After having a taste of love and losing it again, they start questioning their life. Should they stay by the coast that has always been their home or is it finally tine to discover what the rest of the world might have in store?
Like Nin Reckermann's previous publications Setting Sail and Seasons Pass, this book is a collection of poems that, when read in sequence tell a story of loss and hope, love, belonging and nature.

Nin has been writing poetry since they were 10 years old. In July 2024 they fulfilled the life-long dream of publishing their first poetry collection. Since then, they try to publish a new collection every 6 months. Having written more than 600 poems in their life, their new challenge lies in curating collections that tell a coherent story.
