Halfway through my Mating Ceremony, my sister Seraphina suddenly dropped to her knees in front of me and started banging her head on the sacred ground.
'Lyra, please release Callum back to me. Just as you commanded, I submitted to those thirty rogue wolves. Please, just let me go!'
My mate-to-be, Alpha Callum Blackthorn, completely lost it.
He canceled the ceremony right there. Then Callum ordered his enforcers to drag me to 'Blood Moon Den,' the most notorious punishment territory for disgraced wolves, to 'pay for what I'd done.'
For two months, they forced me to serve rogues non-stop while whipping me with silver - tipped ropes, even impairing my ability to shift.

Chapter 1
Halfway through my Mating Ceremony, my sister Seraphina Mooncrest suddenly dropped to her knees in front of me and started banging her head on the sacred ground.
"Lyra, please release Alpha Callum back to me. Just as you commanded, I submitted to those thirty rogues. Please, just let me go!"
My mate-to-be, Alpha Callum Blackthorn, completely lost it.
He canceled the ceremony right there. Then Callum ordered his enforcers to drag me to "Blood Moon Den," the most notorious punishment territory for disgraced wolves, to "pay for what I'd done."
For two months, they forced me to serve rogues non-stop while whipping me with silver - tipped ropes, even impairing my ability to shift.
After that, Callum finally remembered me.
But I just kept my head down, numbly kneeling at his feet, skillfully took off my clothes...
When I limped out of Blood Moon Den, Callum was already waiting outside.
My old rival, Blake Ravenclaw, stood there with his phone, livestreaming my pitiful state for every pack in the territory.
They wanted to see me humiliated, but there was nothing left of my pride or confidence.
"Lyra, why are you just coming out now? Looks like you wanted to stay longer. Do you need more time to atone?"
Callum paused, lips curling with annoyance.
Hearing his familiar voice, I automatically dropped to my knees before Callum and began began unbottoning my clothes.
During those two monthes, my cell was filled with Callum's photos. His dominant growls played on repeat day and night. Meanwhile, different rogues took turns coming to fuck me.
Eventually, I'd start undressing whenever I heard Callum's voice.
I was already used to it.
By the third button, Callum suddenly slapped my hand away and gripped my chin, forcing me to look at him.
"Lyra Mooncrest, are you fucking insane?"
I flinched uncontrollably, remembering the silver lashings for disobedience. I lowered myself further with a trembling whine.
"Please don't slap me. Please... I'll be good. You can do whatever you want with me... I was wrong. I shouldn't hurt anyone. I'm sorry..."
Callum stared at me in shock, then something dawned on him, and disgust filled his eyes.
"What the hell are you playing at now?! Are you faking this pathetic display? You just spent two moon cycles in Blood Moon Den. Nobody would dare truly harm an Alpha's chosen mate. Cut the act, Lyra!"
Blake doubled over laughing, cruelly gripping my neck in a dominant hold before pointing his phone at my face again.
"Lyra, such an amazing performance! Even taking your clothes off, huh? Come on, do it for my livestream! Let all the territories see our little Luna princess's nude!"
Before my time in Blood Moon Den, I would have ripped out Blake's throat for such an insult.
Now, I just mechanically continued unbuttoning my clothes, forcing a vacant smile for the camera.
The old Lyra had been destroyed during those two monthes by Callum.
When I first arrived at Blood Moon Den, I smashed a camera that was filming me, which got me locked in silver chains for three straight days before they dumped me in the outer territories.
I was so hungry that I fought with scavenger wolves over hunting scraps.
Lucky once. After a dominant rogue fell asleep, I stole his phone and called Callum, begging him to save me.
He just coldly said, "Lyra, you were so disobedient. Compared to what you did to Seraphina, this is just a small taste of discipline. You deserve it all."
I broke down howling, then heard a soft, sweet feminine whimper on the other end.
"Callum, maybe... just forget it. I'm fine. My reputation is ruined anyway."
Later did I learn they'd formed their own mate bond in my absence. Countless intimate photos were printed, thrown in my face, and plastered all over my cell.
A constant reminder that Callum didn't love me.
I finished unbuttoning everything. Blake's laughter grew more suggestive. He read all nasty comments from other packs watching the livestream.
Callum struck me across the face. The hit snapped me out of my trance.
Callum's face turned ashen. Dark fury filled his eyes.
"Lyra! What the hell are you doing? You've completely lost your pride as a Mooncrest. Would you strip naked right now if I asked you to?"
"Where's that fiery you used to have? I was just trying to teach you a lesson—you don't need to put on this pathetic act! Where's that Alpha female strength you used to have?"
Chapter 2
I'd heard those words countless times over two monthes. Already numb to them.
Callum grew irritated at my silence. He grabbed my arm and threw me into his sleek black Defender, forcibly taking me back to the Mooncrest Pack.
When we arrived, my parents and Seraphina were having dinner. They welcomed Callum warmly while completely ignoring me.
"Lyra, you look thinner. I'm so sorry, this is all because of me. If I had kept silent that night, maybe you wouldn't have suffered. It's all my fault..." Seraphina's voice dripped with fake concern.
She hugged me, pressing hard against the silver burn marks on my back. When she was close to my ear, her voice was full of malice.
"How did you like it? Those rogues I selected for you—did they make you scream?"
My face instantly turned pale. I instinctively pushed her away, demanding why she was treating me like this.
Why frame me at the Mating Ceremony? How could she treat me like this? I was her own sister!
But in the next second, Seraphina deliberately fell to the floor. She scraped her arm and knee badly on the rough stone. Blood immediately stained the polished floor.
"You still hate me, Lyra." Seraphina's face was already covered in tears.
"Enough, Lyra! I knew you were faking it," Callum shoved me aside and picked Seraphina up.
"You act submissive around me, but attack Seraphina the second you see her! If you think your punishment wasn't enough, fine! Just go back to Blood Moon Den! Look what you've done—how could you still show no remorse?!"
I caught the victorious gleam in Seraphina's eyes but felt nothing. At the sound of Callum's raised voice, my body automatically dropped to my knees.
My parents' expressions were extremely displeased, their voices cold and distant, unlike my real family.
"Lyra! You've completely disgraced the Mooncrest Pack! Stripping on a pack livestream in front of all the territories—is this how we raised you? Who gave you the nerve to keep attacking Seraphina over and over?!"
I numbly raised my head. Seeing my parents' disgusted looks, my heart completely sank.
My wolf dignity had been worn away through weeks of dominance displays and humiliation. All I knew now was that defiance meant silver chains and starvation. I was terrified of the pain from having my bones re-broken.
"Mother, Father, don't blame Lyra. She's still adjusting. I shouldn't have said anything. Making her serve the Blood Moon Den may have been too harsh."
My father's face turned red with anger. He approached and struck me across the face. I tasted blood in my mouth.
"Ungrateful pup! You ruined your sister's reputation and you still defy us! You'll kneel right here until you apologize to your sister!"
I trembled all over, my face turning paler.
Many of the rogues at Blood Moon Den had... particular tastes. They liked making me kneel. And now, those memories came rushing back.
I clenched my teeth hard, my whole body tensing, trying desperately not to whimper.
My father thought I was being defiant. He crouched down to look at me, about to shout, before my actions stopped him.
I trembled, crying with a vacant stare, quickly reaching for the buttons Callum had redone.
"I'm sorry. I'll behave. I'm sorry. Please don't hurt me. I'll undress faster, you can do whatever you want, I beg you..."
Chapter 3
The living room went dead silent. My parents stared at me in shock.
Callum recovered first. His expression hardened as he removed his leather jacket and wrapped it around me.
"Lyra! What's wrong with you? This is your own pack—why are you acting insane here? Nobody's going to hurt you. Just stop pretending! Didn't you just attack Seraphina?"
I didn't even hear him. I fought to get out of the jacket, kneeling and frantically trying to unbutton my clothes.
"Please, I'll take it off. Don't use silver. I'm begging you...please no..."
During my worst day at Blood Moon Den, an rogue became particularly enraged. He had my clothes sewn onto my skin, forcing me to tear them off as fast as I could.
If I took too slowly, he'd punish me with silver-tipped claws, burning wolfsbane, or forced partial shifts that broke my bones.
I was always hungry, barely slept, and had no strength to to take it off. I had no choice, I used teeth. By the time I got everything off, my body was covered in blood.
Even now, the scars never heal. They break open again and again..
When I kept struggling, my parents called Dr. Maxwell Silverbrook. Once a healer, currently a guest in the pack. He administered a calming herb to soothe my wolf.
"Ms. Mooncrest is experiencing severe psychological trauma. She needs proper pack healing immediately."
Dr. Silverbrook paused with genuine concern in his eyes. "Her condition is critical. She needs to be hospitalized right now."
Mother looked worried for a second, but when she noticed Seraphina's tears, her face hardened again.
Callum looked down at me, his voice dripping with...
