[What would you do when fate binds you to two mates—one who shattered your heart, and the other who's being shattered every day?]

Alpha Aira Stone—fiery, fearless, and one of the mischievous Stone sextuplets—is no stranger to chaos. But nothing prepares her for the moment her world begins to unravel. The boy she’s loved her entire life—her brother’s Beta, her secret childhood crush—walks away to chase his dreams, leaving her behind with nothing but a hollow “I’m sorry” and a heart full of scars.

His silence was rejection.

His absence, betrayal.

And Aira? She doesn’t forgive easily.

But when the Moon Goddess finally reveals her fated mates, the joke is crueler than she could have imagined—because one of them is him. The Beta. The wimp. The one who turned his back on her.

And the other?

A mysterious transgender demon—shackled by torment, enduring daily abuse at the hands of a monstrous werewolf pack in a distant, brutal land. A soul tethered to hers by pain, fate, and an ache she can’t ignore.

Now, with her pride in pieces and her heart pulled in two, Aira must confront what it means to lead, to love—and to choose. Because some bonds are blessed.

Others are broken.

And some... are born in chaos.

Note: This is Book 5 of 7 in the Reverse Harem Sextuplet Series.

Chapter7 DIVINE COLLISION OF BROKEN HALVES

Aira’s POV

“FOUND YOU!!”

The words struck through the air like a lightning bolt cracking across the stillness of a stormy sky. A raspy, deep voice, raw and beautifully broken, rang out through the ancient, near-dead bond of the mindlink—and I froze. That voice didn’t belong to anyone from my pack. It didn’t belong to Chester. It didn’t belong to my fathers. It didn’t belong to anyone ordinary.

It belonged to someone… sacred.

Because in that split second, something inside me stirred—no, roared—back to life. My wolf, Zeneca, who had been comatose, locked in silence, buried beneath the rubble of heartbreak and abandonment for four long, empty years… she howled. Loud, powerful, and wild, she cried out into the ether like a long-lost warrior returning to battle.

It was a howl of rebirth. Of homecoming. Of deliverance.

“Alpha, follow me please,” the humbled brothel owner, Zev—his name now etched into my memory—squeaked meekly. His eyes couldn’t meet mine, and his voice trembled beneath the weight of my sudden, commanding presence. I nodded, my chin lifting ever so slightly, silently signaling him to lead.

Every nerve in my body buzzed. My breath caught. My hands clenched and unclenched at my sides. My heart did cartwheels inside my rib cage—wild, uncontrolled somersaults—as if it had finally remembered what it was to live again.

My hormones were in disarray, sparking like frayed wires. The voice, that voice, had jolted my soul awake—and my body was following suit, inch by inch, cell by cell, breath by breath. Someone—this mysterious, divine someone—had done the impossible.

They had revived my wolf. After the Chester devastation. After the cold-blooded rejection that had nearly killed me. After all the nights I had screamed into pillows and clawed at walls and wept into the wind… Zeneca had refused to return.

But now, her howl danced through my veins like wildfire, her power blooming like ancient roots reawakened.

This voice… this scent… this pull—it was unlike anything I had ever known.

Had I finally found him?

The beautiful demon who haunted my dreams—the one who called to me night after night across realms of pain and despair? The angel of agony who wept when I wept, who screamed when I screamed, who endured when I endured?

The other half of my tattered soul?

Moon Goddess… please. Please don’t let this be a hallucination. Please let this miracle be real. I swear—I swear I’ll stop fooling around. I’ll stop pranking my fathers—wait, no. That’s a lie. I could never live without pulling their strings.

But I’ll be good. I’ll try, I promise. Just let this be him.

Oh kind Mother of the Supernatural—please let it be him.

Danielle’s POV

“FOUND YOU!!”

The words tore from my Demon’s mouth before I could stop them, crashing into my consciousness like a tidal wave. My heart stopped for a full beat—then slammed back to life with the force of a thunderclap.

HER.

She was here. Somewhere in this stinking hellhole of latex, sweat, and sin—hidden beneath the filth and depravity—she existed. Her scent. Roses. Vanilla. That divine blend I had inhaled in every dream. It tickled the air, igniting my senses like a match to gasoline.

My Demon writhed in elation, clawing to break free. He wanted to run, to grab, to claim—to tear through every wall and body until we stood before the source of that heavenly fragrance. But I wrestled him down with everything I had.

If Zev saw me lose control, he’d kill me. I was still too weak. Still too broken. And I hadn’t yet found my second mate. Not yet.

But… what if this was her?

What if the Moon Goddess had finally taken pity on me?

Please let this be real. Not a hallucination. Not another cruel mirage in this twisted desert of abuse and emptiness.

Please… let her be mine.

Don’t raise my hopes only to crush them, Moon Goddess. I’m begging you. If this isn’t her… I’ll die. My Demon will shatter, and I’ll break beyond repair. We’ve waited too long. Hurt too much.

“DANIELLE!! WHERE THE FVCK ARE YOU?!”

Zev’s enraged voice shattered the silence as he barged in, kicking open the bathroom door like a man possessed. I didn’t flinch. Not this time. His antics had become boring.

I rose slowly from the bath, wrapping the pathetic excuse for a robe—one of his perverted “gifts”—around me. The see-through fabric clung to me like a second skin, but I refused to show weakness.

“Missing me already, Zev?” I purred, sauntering toward him with a lazy, sultry sway of my hips.

His jaw dropped. His eyes raked down my torso, following the trail of glistening water droplets that slid between the ridges of my abdomen. His tongue darted out instinctively.

“Eyes up here, old man,” I said, my voice dripping with mockery as I grabbed his face and tilted it up.

“It’s Master for you, you rascal!” he growled, spittle flying.

“Dream on, asshole,” I spat.

I strode back to my bed and dropped down in a graceful plop, propping myself on my palms. I arched an eyebrow at him, my smirk cool and cruel.

“You wanna be my bitch again?” I asked, knowing full well what he’d done to me just hours ago. My body still ached. My insides still burned. But I wouldn't give him the satisfaction of seeing pain.

“If Alpha Zompano hadn’t named you as his personal dog, I would have killed you long ago!” he shrieked. His fist raised high, ready to strike.

And I waited.

The routine was familiar now: a volley of curses, a slap or punch, followed by a sickening cycle of torture, abuse, degradation—until I passed out, bleeding and broken. Then silence. Then it would all begin again.

I braced myself, shutting my eyes and clenching my teeth, ready for the inevitable blow.

But it never came.

Instead… Vanilla. Roses. And—

Power.

The room exploded in divine energy.

I opened my eyes—and my entire world shifted.

There she was.

A goddess in the flesh. A warrior cloaked in rage and righteousness. She moved like a hurricane and shimmered like moonlight. In a blink, she grabbed Zev by his wrist and snapped it with terrifying ease. He howled in agony as she flung his pathetic body clear across the hallway.

I bit down on my tongue so hard blood flooded my mouth. But I refused to speak the word that clawed at my throat.

Mate.

“TOUCH THE BOY AGAIN AND YOU WILL NEVER SEE THE LIGHT OF DAY!” she roared, her voice echoing with divine fury.

“NOW GET OUT, OLD MAN! YOU’RE WASTING MY TIME—AND I’VE PAID BY THE HOUR!”

My little soldier… yeah, it saluted. Enthusiastically.

Not the time, buddy. Not the time.

But Moon Goddess… was she real?

Her gaze shifted to me—and just like that, her warrior armor melted. Her sharp bronze features softened. Her dark, kohl-rimmed eyes flickered with the most devastating emotion I’d ever seen.

Compassion.

She looked at me like I mattered. Like I was human.

My knees buckled. My chest clenched. I’d never been looked at like that before.

No one had ever stood up for me. Not once. Not ever.

And then she did the unthinkable.

She dropped to her knees.

Her proud, strong body lowered itself until her forehead touched my bruised feet. She kissed them. Washed them with her tears.

My heart shattered.

No. No, my angel—what are you doing?

I love you already.

My precious girl.

The angel to my demon. The moon to my darkness.

Aira’s POV

The moment I saw him—my body collapsed.

Zeneca seized control. She owned my limbs, my soul, my everything. Without hesitation, we fell to our knees and pressed our forehead to his injured feet.

The moment our skin touched his, sparks exploded.

Pure. Radiant. Ancient.

He was glowing. I could feel it. His soul was light, and his pain was thick, and I wanted to take every ounce of it into myself and burn it away forever.

I wept.

But then—arms. Strong, protective arms. They wrapped around me and pulled me up against his chest.

“Shhh. It’s alright, baby. I’m here now,” he whispered, voice deep and steady, trembling with relief.

I clung to him, sobbing uncontrollably, my hands clutching at his shirt, my wolf howling joyfully inside me.

“I’m so proud of you, baby girl. I know. I know. Don’t cry, babe. We made it. Look—we found each other. Finally.”

His voice… oh Goddess. That silvery voice calmed the storm inside me like the hush of the ocean at dawn.

“You’re mine as much as I am yours now,” he whispered, rocking me gently, his lips brushing against my hair. “Shush, princess. Don’t cry.”

But how could I not? I had waited four years for this. I had bled, broken, shattered—and survived—for this.

I wanted to say it all. I wanted to scream everything. But my energy was gone.

Zeneca’s return had drained me of all strength. My knees gave way, and I felt myself slipping.

Don’t let me go. Please don’t let me fall again.

As if hearing my desperate plea, he lifted me into his arms. His 6’3” frame cradled my 5’7” body like I weighed nothing at all.

He carried me to the bed, laid me gently across his lap, and wrapped me in the cocoon of his warmth.

I buried my face in his chest, listening to the rhythm of his...
