The Secret Ski Seasonaire was a hardcore skier until the age of 23. In 2010 he called time on his skiing and did other things before entering academia in 2014. He has authored several well-cited scientific papers and currently works as technical specialist on a project of national significance. He aspires to write more sports and adventure books.
