Andrew Joseph White is a queer, trans, New York Times bestselling author from Virginia, where he grew up falling in love with monsters and wishing he could be one too. Though he is happy with the results of hormone replacement therapy, he still considers a worm-riddled infestation corpse to be "transition goals," so it's probably for the best that he hasn't stumbled across a hive yet.
