Poems about fears, a search for belonging, making peace with your upbringing, hope and love. They inspire readers to look at themselves with compassion and dive into their own emotional expression.
Have you ever asked yourself what's behind the surface of who you are as a person? Whether you call it your emotional landscape, your inner world or your subconscious, it affects your behavior. In everyday life, we usually focus on the external world and treat our inner world almost as an exile part of our existence. Most of us never really learned how to navigate through what's inside of us and move through emotions. This is a collection of poems that sets out to do just that. It shows us the writer's inner world - her personal underground - and encourages the reader to get curious about their own underworlds. Her poems are about fears, a search for belonging, making peace with your upbringing, hope and love. They inspire readers to look at themselves and their emotional turmoil with compassion and manifest a life in which free emotional expression is welcomed.
