THE NEXT EPIC CHAPTER OF DC HISTORY BEGINS HERE... Amanda Waller s bid for control and ultimate power has failed, and though Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, and the rest of the DC Universe s heroes stand triumphant, they have learned a valuable lesson: they are better together than apart. Forming a new Justice League Unlimited, the heroes usher in a new era of unity just in time to face a returned, very different Darkseid. As the first blows land against the Lord of Apocalypse, shock waves ripple across the DC Universe and shake the very nature of its reality to the core. As the dust settles from this titanic battle, Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, and the League itself find themselves at new beginnings Collects Absolute Power #4, DC ALL IN Special #1, Batman #153, Wonder Woman #14, and Superman #19.

Born in Hueytown, Alabama, Mark Waid has earned his living as a lounge singer, a magician, a disc jockey, an accountant, and in many other ways, but none of them as eclectic--or fun--as writing comic books. Waid has written for every major comics publisher, including DC, Marvel Comics, Archie Comics (where he served briefly as their cover-gag editor), Dark Horse Comics, Image Comics, and BOOM! Studios. His credits include Daredevil, X-Men, The Flash, JLA, Ruse, Fantastic Four, the bestseller Kingdom Come, and his creator-owned series Empire. Chip Zdarsky is a Canadian comic book writer and artist known for his work on titles like Sex Criminals, Daredevil, Jughead, and Batman. His work has garnered widespread acclaim and awards, including an Eisner Awards for Best New Series, Best Humor Publication, and Best Digital Comic, as well as multiple Harvey Awards wins and GLAAD Media Award wins.
