Jane is a local town Psychic and Medium. Some say she is a witch. She experiences a tornado and while in the tornado cellar with her black cat Chloe, she sees a spirit of a girl named Bella who tells her where her body is located by a river. Jane calls the local authority and get's Brad the detective on the case who comes out to meet Jane to find Bella's body based on Jane's vision. Charles has also taken the lives of other children that Jane sees a vision of them in the morgue while viewing Bella. The other dead girls in spirit want Jane to help seek justice for them by finding Charles. Jane And Brad help another girl before it is too late for her.
