HAJI MOHAMED DAWJEE is a South African columnist and author. She lives in Sea Point with her wife, Rebecca Davis, their son, Miles, and their landlord, Sam(my) Davis Jr, the cat. Here’s the Thing is Dawjee’s second book, following on from the 2018 success of Sorry, Not Sorry: Experiences of a Brown Woman in a White South Africa.
