Frank Hopkins lives in Wicklow on the east coast of Ireland. He has written for the Herald and Sunday Tribune newspapers and the Irish Echo in Australia. He is the author of St Stephen’s Green: A History of the Green and Its Environs (2021), Hidden Dublin: Deadbeats, Dossers and Decent Skins (2008) and Rare Old Dublin: Heroes, Hawkers and Hoors (2002).
