A young girl's journey of discovery in the search for her parents, set against a backdrop of WW1 and Jazz age New York. Beginning in Russia, her search takes her through Eastern Europe, Scandinavia and eventually to America.
Believing herself abandoned by her parents, a young girl sets off on a quest to find them and on the way finds herself. Travelling through Russia, Romania, Finland, Sweden and America, her search is aided at different times by her Aunts Aninya, Elena and Katya.

On a journey of discovery spanning the early 1900s until the 1920s, set against the backdrop of WW1 and a time of great change, she finally finds herself in Jazz Age New York looking for answers.

This is a story of hope and belief in oneself, aided by fate and circumstance.

Nina Olsson lives happily on the Wirral Peninsula UK with her three cats, her children long ago having left to lead their own interesting lives. A lover of travel and adventure, the Arts and live music, she is always involved in some project or another and ever ready for the next one.
