Adrien Mullet de Lespinasse comes from an illustrious lineage of aristocrats and seems to hold all the cards to be a happy man. The discovery of the private journals of his direct ancestor, an adventurous Viscount who left France on the verge of collapse in 1789 to sail the oceans before settling down in a faraway Indian Ocean colony now called Mauritius will make him travel through time and completely change his outlook on life.
