Jack and Octavian have been partners in vampiric crime for years and have been cutting swathes of destruction and questionable ethics across North America for a long period of time, looking for the perfect place to lay down some roots. When they roll into a seemingly harmless town with a corrupt mayor they realise they have found the place for them. With the help of their cohorts in crime as well as strong arming the mayor into helping them, they set up shop and begin to decimate the populace. When the police get involved, they decide it's time to take their operation to a quieter more covert level. Enter Spirit, a mild mannered mortician from nearby town with a deep desire to get revenge on his own life and by chance meets with the opportunity to help Jack and Octavian. When they meet Annabelle, a runaway, they think they have developed the perfect crew to help them run amok of the area. Or have they? Who is working for who, and who is working for themselves?
