It is about relationships; with countries, with people, with ourselves. It is about the Germans, their beautiful country and being quite foreign within it. It is about having a Heimat and finding another on the other side of the world.

Autor

Writer and English teacher Liv Hambrett was born in Sydney, Australia and obtained both her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Arts in Writing in the very same city. She now lives in the north German city of Kiel with her very north German husband and their two half-German Kieler Sprotten.
