Christin Neddens is an internationally active drummer and composer based in Hamburg, Germany. She studied in Germany, the Netherlands, and the United States under renowned mentors such as Peter Erskine, Aaron Serfaty, Jeff Hamilton, Heinz Lichius, Steve Altenberg, Ralph Peterson Jr., and Holger Nell. Her performance career has taken her to major festivals, including the Big Band Festival Imatra (Finland), the Standard Bank Jazz Festival (South Africa), and the Port Townsend Jazz Festival (USA). She has performed with artists such as Nils Landgren, Helge Schneider, and Mitch Ryder and has toured extensively across China, India, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. With appearances on major German TV shows and a strong presence on social media, she has built a broad and engaged audience, establishing herself as one of the most influential voices in today’s drumming scene.
