Charles Evans studied at Lincoln Art College and has since developed a career in art, painting and teaching. Appearing regularly for ITV regional programmes, painting out on location, gave him plenty of practice in working under all conditions. Today, Charlie represents Daler-Rowney, lives in Northumberland, England and travels the country, and abroad, taking his no-nonsense approach to painting to hundreds of amateur artists.
