Although New Plymouth-based Fay Looney came to photography later in life than many, she has quickly made a name for herself as one of the country's foremost scenic photographers; her first book was First Light Last Light. Recently, her work was endorsed by none other than Tom Cruise while he was filming The Last Samurai in Taranaki.
