Driven by the constant mood and lightness of the air balloon, and its physical perfection, the artist johannes steininger development of new unique forms in Soft Sculptures and other Soft Art Forms
johannes_steininger_m.a._m_a_'s air-filled three-dimensional wall works, in which soft synthetic films penetrate each other and at the same time contain the acoustic space of its "natural frequencies", the soft neomaterial serves as a methodical starting point with the fluid medium | AIR .
AIR becomes an intensification of materiality, which thus assumes a physically perfect form or is deformed on the surface. It struggles equally with the possibilities of sculptural action as well as with the architectural, acoustic and auditory framework of its space_presentation.

Austrian artist, johannessteininger m.a. m a deals with the components of spatial three-dimensional relationships and the construction of acoustic spaces. He treats these air-filled sculptures as an objectified image or an image embedded in physical material. Multiple layers and, among other things, loops are a possibility to extend the surface and the air supported structure, the logic of the dimensions and the psychological effects of the mixture of form, color and structure. please feel free to contact me at any time.
