Trumpeter and composer Shanti Paul Jayasinha studied at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, London. He is widely recorded and has performed with a number of leading artists across the world. In 2004 he formed the group 'ShantiJazzWorld' and, more recently, a world jazz trio with John Crawford and Andres Ticino. He has worked as a workshop leader with the Grand Union Orchestra and the ABRSM and currently teaches at the GSMD, the Royal College of Music, and the Centre for Young Musicians in London.
