This 2 disc DVD, the first video biography of the foremost perennialist author, Frithjof Schuon, contains an unprecedented collection of photographs from throughout his childhood and adult life, including footage of Schuon with Swami Ramdas and photographs with other perennialists. Expertly edited and with highlights from his world travels, including stunning images from Morocco, Turkey and Spain to the American West, this DVD is accompanied by beautiful musical compositions which were among Schuon's favourites and, also, features his paintings and poetry. His fascinating life story and profound message of Truth, Prayer, Virtue and Beauty are further conveyed through interviews with people who knew him well, including his wife and fellow Perennialist authors such as Martin Lings, Huston Smith, Seyyed Hossein Nasr, James Cutsinger, Harry Oldmeadow and Patrick Laude. It contains a 113 minute biography, while the Special Features section includes a 40 minute overview of his writings as well as 30 minutes of additional interviews with Schuon himself made during his final years.

Frithjof Schuon (1907-1998) is best known as the leading exponent of the Perennial Philosophy, the timeless Truth that underlies the diverse religions. He wrote more than 25 books on spirituality, comparative religion and sacred art. Jennifer Casey is an independent filmmaker whose documentaries have been selected for screening in numerous prestigious film festivals throughout America and Canada.
