This novel follows the story of seven young men. After forming a study group with an ambitious goal, they shift their focus to love, with each man describing his ideal woman. They begin their search for love, only to encounter the exact opposite of what they envisioned. Yanick, the most impulsive, is subsequently permanently expelled from school. Jack finds a love that is purely a fantasy. Jeancy is saved by a Christian woman. John runs away from school after impregnating a classmate. Patrick and Vodi return to their former activities: agriculture. Jonathan finds a Christian woman who performs a miracle.
