Looking for a way to help a child build confidence, resilience, and positivity? The Positive Doodle Diary is a mindful gratitude journal designed especially for kids, encouraging creativity, self-expression, and self-care through simple daily journaling and doodling.
Ideal for children aged 5+, this guided diary supports children in exploring their feelings, practising gratitude, and learning tools for wellbeing — all in a fun, age-appropriate way. Depending on their age, children can use it independently or alongside a parent or caregiver, making it a brilliant bonding tool as well as a personal keepsake.
With its bright yellow embossed cover, hardback design, and colourful illustrations, this is a journal children will treasure and return to every day. Bigger than the Positive Planner adult titles, it offers plenty of space for doodling, colouring, and free expression.
Inside you’ll find:
Daily Dear Diary pages to explore feelings, gratitude, and self-care
Daily Doodle Diary pages with space for free drawing
Positive affirmations with mindful colouring & linked exercises
Gentle breathwork & yoga practices for kids
A “How to use this book” section written for children
A dedicated chapter for adults, with expert insights and the science behind the diary
Beautifully designed and thoughtfully created, The Positive Doodle Diary is more than just a kids’ journal — it’s a creative wellbeing companion that helps children grow in confidence, kindness, and resilience, one doodle at a time.
