Rose demonstrates that the wait is definitely worth the reward and spends a long and fruitful life with God's gift to her. When she finally meets her soulmate, together Rose and her beau become one spirit completely focused only upon each other. They have lived a long and prosperous life full of devotion with a lifelong commitment to one another. In the beginning of the story at a very old age, Rose is reminiscing upon her youth. In the end at a very young age, Rose ponders about the destiny of her senior years.

When we align ourselves with the predetermined purpose of God's intent for our life, life becomes meaningful. So seize every precious moment of the present and be content with your lot in life rejoicing and praising the Creator God with a spirit of thanksgiving and gratitude!
