She loves her job writing and editing children's books but thinks she would be good at solving mysteries, too. When Sophie retires, she plans to open a detective agency by the sea. Malgorzata Detner is an illustrator based in Poland. She currently lives with her family, a cocker spaniel, some snails, and two rats in Warsaw, Poland. When she is not illustrating, Malgorzata enjoys family time and needle felting colorful toys.
