My name is Zahra Akhlaghi. I hold a Bachelor's degree in literary fiction and a Master's in children's literature. I love daydreaming, macaroni salad, and yogurt, and I'm crazy about baby animals (except insects—I’m not a fan!). I was born in Lar, a city full of trees, but the mulberry tree was always my favorite. To this day, I look forward to June so I can enjoy mulberries and turn my hands purple again.

Lately, I'm all about digital art, but I switch techniques based on the project. My work is always inspired by childhood, dreams, nature, and life itself. Picture books allow me to share values like kindness and friendship, while also capturing a child’s first encounter with art.
