Jennifer Beck is an award-winning author of more than forty children’s books. Her books have been recognised at the Moonbeam Children’s Book Awards, the New Zealand Post Children’s Book Awards in the picture book, book of the year and children’s choice categories and have been included in the Storylines Notable Books List. She was Children’s Writer in Residence at the College of Education, University of Otago, in 2015, and she received an ONZM for services to literature in 2015.
