Dr Gina Newton trained as a marine biologist, zoologist and science communicator and is a multi-award-winning childrens book author, including the CBCAs Eve Pownall Award for childrens information books in 2017. Gina is passionate about conservation of Australias wildlife and environment and loves to write about them. She lives in Canberra with her two children and many pets. Tiffanee Daley is an author-illustrator based in Canberra and mother of two. A self-taught artist, she started drawing as a child and found inspiration in all things fantasy. An adventurous spirit she also enjoys rock climbing, archery and canyoning as well as console gaming and cosplay.
