My First Yoga ABC is a sturdy board book for infants to help them learn not only the alphabet, but some simple yoga poses as well. Each page has block letters of the alphabet, with a corresponding yoga pose. For instance, Aa is for Airplane posture. Young children will delight in practicing yoga while reciting their ABCs!

Teresa Anne Power has practised yoga for the past twenty-five years, and for the past seven she has taught yoga to young children, both in school and at local organisations, helping more than eight hundred children develop a healthy attitude toward their body. She currently teaches yoga to pre-schoolers and kindergarteners, and teaches parent-child yoga classes and workshops at a centre for children with special needs. She has published articles on yoga in Yogi Times, Violet magazine, and the Palisadian-Post, and has spoken at numerous libraries, schools, bookstores, and yoga studios. In 2002 she completed a yoga training program with Indigo Yoga.
