Born in Yorkshire but now living in Cardiff Bay, Ann began writing over 30 years ago. She has had a variety of factual articles and editorials published over the years, alongside winning awards for a number of website articles. All this changed when she converted to fiction writing upon retirement from business. Ann has a love of history and travel and she enjoys writing about a varied selection of subjects, having launched an historical novel and a mystery short story. Her favourite writer is Dorothy Dunnett; a Scottish writer with the art of being able to `marry fact and fiction’ convincingly. Ann’s latest offerings are a selection of children’s picture books.
