Do you know Chinese used to have a drink called Tusu Elixir on the Chinese New Year day? It was a very old tradition from the ancient China. We don't know exactly how to make Tusu Elixir now but there have been many legends about who invented this drink. This story is a legend about this drink and a famous doctor Sun Xi Miao in the Tang Dynasty. Sun Xi Miao was worshipped as the King of Medicine in old China and is still admired by doctors until today. The story takes place on the Chinese New Year Eve. Little Bean and Big Tom welcome Grandpa Sun for New Year. He shows them how to make a special herbal drink to keep them healthy all year. Grandpa Sun is so clever that even the Emperor wants him to be his own doctor. But Grandpa Sun is a good kind man and he prefers to use his skills to help poor people.
