Bloody Roar: Primal Fury, a 3D fighting game for GameCube, is an enhanced version of Bloody Roar 3 for PlayStation 2. Players engage in fast and furious battles as one of 16 characters, each with their own human and hyper beast forms. Fourteen characters have been updated from Bloody Roar 3, while 2 characters are new and hidden in the game. Each fighter has special attack moves and can transform into a hyper-beast during a battle. The beast that a character morphs into, also has its own special attack moves to unleash on opponents. Gamers can change into a wide range of beasts like a lion, leopard, wolf, chameleon, bat, or even a mole! There are also 9 interactive arenas for players to brawl in, with 6 of these arenas being totally new and the other 3 being upgrades from Bloody Roar 3. Each stage also contains multiple levels and fully destructible walls and floors. Players will choose from 7 gameplay modes, including 5 single player modes and 2 two-player head-to-head modes.
