Rabbit and Hedgehog don't know when their birthdays are so they decide to have them tomorrow just in case. But what should they give each other as a present? Both come up with the perfect solution - but not for the reasons they first thought of.
Rabbit and Hedgehog don't know when their birthdays are so they decide to have them tomorrow just in case. But what should they give each other as a present? Both come up with the perfect solution- but not for the reasons they first thought of. The birthday is such a success that they agree to have another very soon. This enchanting look at that most exciting of celebrations, a birthday, has the added dimension of trying to please your best friend.

Paul Stewart studied at Lancaster University, followed by an MA in Creative Writing, and at the end of the year he had his first story published. He met Chris Riddell as their children go to the same school. Chris Riddell was born in South Africa but has lived in England from the age of one. He has established himself as one of Britain's most talented artists, producing cartoons for the Observer and the Economist. He has been shortlisted for numerous awards.
