Winnie-the-Pooh is one of the most recognizable children's book characters of all time. And now he and his friends are ready to entertain and educate your child in Winnie-the-Pooh and the trouble with Bees. Winnie-the-Pooh thinks the bees will lead him to honey. Instead they lead him on a chase through the Hundred Acre Wood, disappearing one by one! Along the way, Pooh encounters Piglet, Rabbit, Owl, Tigger and all his other friends - who join him on his adventure. From 1 to 10, this delightful book features words, illustrations and, of course, numbers from A.A. Milne's comforting world. Make counting easy with these charming novelty books and introduce your child to the dreamy days, parties and daring 'expotitions' to be had with Pooh, Piglet, Tigger and Eeyore in the Hundred Acre Wood at the same time. After all, learning's so much easier when it's fun.

A.A. Milne A.A. Milne is quite simply one of the most famous children's authors of all time. He created Winnie-the-Pooh and his friends Piglet, Eeyore, Tigger, Kanga and Roo based on the real nursery toys played with by his son, Christopher Robin. And those characters not only became the stars of his classic children's books, Winnie-the-Pooh and The House at Pooh Corner, and his poetry for children, they have also been adapted for film, TV and the stage. Through his writings for Punch magazine, A.A. Milne met E.H. Shepard. Shepard went on to draw the original illustrations to accompany Milne's classics, earning him the name "the man who drew Pooh".
