In this engaging and practical guide, Gyles Brandreth, with his physiotherapist Finola Burrell, set out on a voyage of discovery to find the secrets for a long and healthy life.
Packed with tips, quizzes and stories from centenarians, Gyles and Finola bust the myths around ageing well and help you discover:
- the exercises worth making time for
- whether ice baths really are good for you
- how being positive can add years to your life
- strategies to help you sleep
It's not about perfection, it's about finding simple sustainable habits that you can fit into your daily life that help boost your brain power, keep your body moving and embrace the world around you.
