So when you ask, 'Who then am I?' Look not below, look not up high.

Look in the stillness, in the flame, You are beyond all form and name.

You are not body, not the clay, You are the light that finds its way.

You are the Self, the truth, the core, The One, the All, the Evermore.

Who Are You?

Life & Comprehension

Food For Thought

Life’s but a droplet on sun-scorched land;

It evaporates before we understand.

Life is a droplet on thirsty ground,

Gone before its truth is found.

Moments shimmer, then slip away,

Like echoes lost in the light of day.

We chase the sun, yet dusk appears,

Each breath dissolves in silent years.

The heart still beats, though none may know

How time can melt both fast and slow.

A question stirs, then fades from sight;

Why dream so deep, yet fear the night?

The stars above remain unmoved,

By all the hopes our hearts have proved.

The wind forgets the songs we sing,

The sky lets go of everything.

Yet in that drop, so small, so brief,

Resides a world of joy and grief.

A glance, a word, a touch, a sigh;

These make the soul’s wings learn to fly.

A smile exchanged, a tear once shed,

Can wake the light the sages said.

We walk through time with open hands,

Yet lose our prints in shifting sands.

We speak of love, we speak of grace,

Then vanish from the sacred place.

The trees remember none who pass,

The river flows, forgets the glass.

Yet every soul, though small and still,

Can shape the world with silent will.

We build with hope, we break with pride,

We learn to fall, we learn to hide.

But in the fall, a truth is found;

That all must rise from sacred ground.

We seek the stars, we seek the flame,

We chase the light, we chase a name.

But none can hold the final key,

To what we are, or ought to be.

So let us walk with hearts unclosed,

Though life remains a path unposed.

If we have loved and dared to be,

Then we have touched eternity.

The soul is not a fleeting spark,

It shines beyond the veil and dark.

It learns through joy, it learns through pain,

Then walks beyond the loss and gain.

Each breath a gift, each step a prayer,

Each moment shaped by silent care.

And though we fade, and though we part,

We leave behind a beating heart.

The sages say: the truth is near,

Not far away, not wrapped in fear.

It lives within, it shines, it stays;

The soul that walks beyond all ways.

So pause and feel the morning air,

The light that moves through silent prayer.

For in this life, so brief, so small;

A world exists, containing all.

From Darkness To Light

ॐ असतो मा सद्गमय । तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय ।

मृत्योर्मा अमृतं गमय । ॐ शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्तिः ॥

From falsehood lead us to the true;

From dark to light, from old to new;

From death, O Lord, lead tenderly,

Toward light and calm immortality.

Om! may peace in thought and word arise;

May peace descend from earth to skies.

O Lord, lead us from false to true,

From shadowed night to morning’s hue.

From fleeting death to spirit’s flame,

To timeless joy beyond all name.

Let not illusion cloud our way,

But truth arise like break of day.

Let wisdom shine where doubts have grown,

And light reveal what’s yet unknown.

Guide every step with gentle grace,

Through veils of time, to Your embrace.

Where soul remembers what it knew,

And love restores the heart anew.

From worldly noise to silence deep,

Where sacred truths in stillness sleep.

Awaken us to what You are,

Not distant light, but inner star.

O Lord, we seek Your boundless shore,

Where death dissolves, and fear no more.

Where truth and light and love remain,

And all that’s lost returns again.

Who Are You?

You are not just skin and bone,

Not voice, not face, not flesh alone.

You are the light that does not fade,

The silent truth the sages made.

You are not name, you are not role,

You are the breath, the flame, the soul.

You are the eye behind the eye,

The One that lives and cannot die.

You are not born, you do not end,

You do not break, you do not bend.

You are the self that does not roam,

But rests in truth, forever home.

You are not pride, you are not fear,

You are the joy already near.

You are the peace that does not sleep,

The light the deepest silence keeps.

You are not thought, you are not mind,

You are the truth no form can bind.

You are the song the Vedas sing,

The source of every living thing.

You are the witness, calm and still,

Beyond all thought, beyond all will.

You watch the dance of joy and pain,

Yet never cling, and never wane.

You are the drop that meets the sea,

The wave that joins eternity.

You are the One, the vast, the free,

The soul in all that comes to be.

You are the root of sacred lore,

The One who opens every door.

You are the flame behind the breath,

The soul untouched by time or death.

You are the silence past the sound,

The space where all the truths are found.

You are the light in every face,

The One who moves with silent grace.

You are the joy that does not fade,

The love that never must be made.

You are the self in bird and tree,

In child, in sage, in sky and sea.

You are the truth behind the veil,

The wind that moves without a trail.

You are the eye that sees the whole,

The knower deep within the soul.

You are the breath behind the breeze,

The stillness found in storm and seas.

You are the soul that walks no more,

But rests within the changeless core.

You are not this, you are not that,

Not sky, not wind, not cave, nor flat.

You are the One beyond the two,

The changeless light, the silent view.

So ask not far, and seek not loud,

The truth is not beneath a cloud.

It lives within, it shines, it stays,

The soul that walks beyond all ways.

Soul-Awareness

You are not name, you are not skin,

You are the light that dwells within.

Not born with form, nor bound by face,

You are the soul, the silent grace.

You are not pride, you are not fear,

You are the joy already near.

You are the breath that does not fade,

The truth that never must be made.

You are the eye behind the eye,

The One that lives and cannot die.

You are the flame behind the thought,

The self that cannot be forgot.

You walk through time, through joy and pain,

Yet deep within, you still remain.

You wear the mask, you play the part,

But Brahman lives within your heart.

You are not this, you are not that,

Not sky, not wind, not cave, nor flat.

You are the One beyond the two,

The changeless light, the silent view.

You are the witness, calm and still,

Beyond all thought, beyond all will.

You watch the dance of form and face,

Yet rest in truth, in silent space.
