Rapata Wiri teaches Maori at Te Wananga o Aotearoa, based at Rotorua campus. He has taught te reo at the University of Hawaii. Rapata is also the author of Te Reo Taketake, a brand new, contemporary Maori language course published by Reed in July 07.
