He is an Associate Professor at the University of South Africa, the Graduate School of Business Leadership. He is the Head of Intra-Africa Trade and Responsible Leadership. He is the Programme Director for the MBA and MBL. His recent monographs, 'Ubuntu Ethics: Human Dignity, Moral Perfection and Needs (Routledge, 2024). African Ethics and Death: Moral Status and Human Dignity in Ubuntu Thinking (Routledge, 2023).
