Autor

Loyes Spayd is the author of four books on ministry, including The Effective DRE and I Was a Stranger and You Took Me In: A Guide for Ministering to Returning Catholics. She served as Director of Religious Education at three parishes in the Diocese of Arlington, Virginia, and was a diocesan catechist. A graduate of Brown University, Loyes earned a master’s in religious education from the Catholic University of America. She has three daughters and eight grandchildren.
