This book is a clinical guide to using routine outcome monitoring and feedback to prevent and address patient deterioration over the course of treatment. It examines the benefits of monitoring patients’ progress and providing feedback to practitioners, a a low cost, simple intervention that improves care and reduces the number of treatment failures.
