Philipp Balga, Arzt für Allgemeinmedizin, Fotograf Geboren in Wien, Studium der Humanmedizin an der Medizinischen Fakultät der Uni Wien. Autodidaktische Beschäftigung mit künstlerischer Fotografie und Architektur seit frühen Tagen. Mitbegründer des Strasshofer Künstlerkreises. Einzelausstellung Photo Ex, 2009 / Zwei Fotoessays, „Random" und „Proportionslehre" für Lernen vom Raster - Strasshof an der Nordbahn und seine verborgenen Pläne, 2013 / Kunsthaus Bregenz, spanische Ausgabe von Architecture as Signs and Systems.
