Areas of interest include trauma, attachment, mindfulness, and spirituality. Alexandra is an active member of the EMDR community and is a Europe Accredited EMDR Child and Adolescent Consultant, EMDR Consultant and Training Facilitator, and Chair of the Special Interest Group in EMDR & Spirituality.
