The book highlights that the encouragement of teachers, a large number of students are no longer meek victims of corporal punishment. Teachers' emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, self esteem, power to successfully get things done and achievement motivation are interconnected. Dr. Malathi Puppala has a strong academic background in Microbiology and Psychology. She earned her Master's degree in Microbiology from S.V.S. P.G. College, Kakatiya University, in 2007, followed by a Master of Science in Psychology in 2013. She completed her Ph.D. in Psychology at Lovely Professional University, Punjab.
