This manuscript presents the results of ethnographic research carried out with the Largo da Ordem market traders in the city of Curitiba, Paraná/Brazil. This research was carried out under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Suzana da Rosa Tolfo (co-author of this book). Regina Márcia B. de Souza is a psychologist with a PhD in psychology in the area of learning, organizational processes and work from UFSC/Brazil. She is currently an associate professor at the State University of Londrina/Brazil, where she works in teaching, research and postgraduate studies. She is a consultant and author of books and scientific articles.
